Diva's challenge #282

Laura likes us to 'spill it' this week :-) 'Spill something onto your tile and then tangle it.' I liked the color of the spill to be  strong and rich, so I took some pure food color and dropped some drops on my tile. Then I took a plastic cup and used it to spread the blue ink sort of randomly.

The tangles I've used are Octoleg, Niuroda and Meringue. After some hesitation, I decided to leave the tile like this. Less is more sometimes ;-)

Joey's challenge #128

Another finish my tile challenge by Joey! This time we start with Villers #2 in the middle. I put the tangle Tizzy around it, it's a pattern I hardly ever use, but I thought it would be a nice 'frame' for the tangle in the middle.

Alphabet challenge #71: O-E-C

Diane and Carolien's challenge this week is to tangle a tile with patterns starting with O, E and C. My choices are to tangle Owlz, Eyehook and C-Wing.

Joey's challenge #127

Joey drew us a new 'finish my tile', this time with the tangle Sparkle. I finished it with Gottago, Fescu and Fe-Ba. The last one was a real challenge, because I started drawing it too small ;-)

Diva's Challenge #281

Re-participating in the Diva's Challenge means I'm really settled home again after our lovely holiday in the Southern States of the USA :-) I hope you've had a nice summer too, up to now!

Laura likes us to study the tangle ING. One of my favorite patterns, but I had never made a circle with it. So I gave it a try and put some Florz in the middle.

Alphabet challenge: A-R-H

It's nice to do my first (after our holiday :-) ) challenge of Diane and Carolien: create a tile with patterns starting with the letters A, R and H.

I chose the tangles Arukas, Rain, Hibred and Huggins and drew them in string #220:

Joey's Challenge #126

I'm back home from some lovely holidays in the Southern States of the USA - we had a great time visiting Atlanta, Dollywood :-), Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans (just before the rain kept pouring down... :-( Take care everybody!).

So now I'm back on tangling - I've missed it, but was too busy creating memories ;-)

I'm glad to participate in Joey's challenge. She likes us to finish her tile on which there is 1 tangle. Nice idea! Het drew Paradox on the left side of the tile, I finished it off with another Paradox top right and Crescent Moon. It was fun!
