Less is more?

Today I decided not to fill up my whole tile, but to keep it rather plain and simple ;-)

The patterns are Tessel, Ticking and Tour. 

Striping with a twist

Facebook’s group Square One invites us to focus on the pattern Striping with a twist. I’m certainly I will use this pattern more often, it’s great to play with! Today I laid it down on a bed of Dyon ;-)

How nice to re-discover Patience (at the bottom). Here together with Merryweather, Lealad and Fassett.

Today I’ve been playing with the new-to-me pattern Membranart :-)

New to me: Cruze

The knot in the middle (Cruze) is a ‘new to me’ pattern and I quite like it. In the background you see Rain, Flukes and Zinger.

Joey’s challenge #188

Joey drew us a 3D triangle string and asks us to fill the tile with Frunky and whatever tangle we like. I added Lacy and Orbs-la-Dee and although the result is not really 3D, I quite like it.

Diva’s challenge #338

We’re doing white on black this week for Laura’s challenge. Even though I don’t have these new white gelly roll pens, nor black tiles, I still like this change of mindset from time to time.

The patterns I stacked are Onamato, Shattuck, Kiss and some triangles.

Square One at Facebook likes us to focus on Zari. So I did, under some Crescent Moonlight ;-)

Somehow this one reminds me of Autumn, thanks to  Flux, Fife, ‘Nzeppel and Knightsbridge ;-)

Diva challenge #337

Artoo, Laura's son, is having his 7th birthday this week. So, we're tangling his namesake tangle :-)

I added Zander, like a garland - and drew seven little hearts (for Artoo) in the 'sky'. Happy birthday!

Joey's challenge 187

Unfortunately ;-) we're finished with drawing our 9 tiles-mosaic. Luckily Joey gives us new inspiration :-) We will be tangling 3D shaped strings. This first one has to contain Betweed - and whatever tangle we like.

As you can see I added Zonked, Diva Dance and Hollibaugh. It was fun!

It's a String Thing #215

We're using to newer tangles this time for Adèles challenge: Delys and Clob. I like the last one a bit better, but maybe I just have to practice Delys a bit more ;-)

Joey's challenge #186

Woohoo, we've arrived at tangling the last tile for Joey's challenge of making a mosaic of 9 tiles! On this last tile we're adding Pokeleaf and now it's all done... I'm happy and a bit sad as well ;-)

Wow, we're filling tile # 8 out of 9 for Joey's great challenge. It's so exciting to see it grow - and now it's almost finished! :-)

This week, we're adding Printemps, which you see inside 'Nzepple and close to Keeko and Nvelope.

The first Monday of the month is a Use My Tangle challenge at Laura's blog and this time we're using the pattern Tint. I've drawn 2 variations of it and added some Tipple and other fun ;-)
