I had fun with these three patterns: Tamisolo, Tessel and Sand Swirl.

Square One: Roloflex

We’re focussing on Roloflex for the group Square One at Facebook. I quite liked the combination with Ginili, and Aquafleur was a nice shoulder to lean on ;-)

Playing with Knase

There’s a new pattern in town and it’s called... Knase! ;-) Here you see it together with Borbs, Tipple and Lealed.

Square One: Toodles

Another nice focus by Facebook’s group Square One: Toodles. Around it you see Crossurheart and some black pearls.

We’re tangling 123 O’Leary for Laura’s challenge. I guess it shows a bit that this was a tangle I didn’t do before... I Mixed it with Cootie and Onomato.

Square One: Qua-Sahnt

Facebook’s group Square One likes us to focus at Qua-Sahnt, a new-to-me tangle. Quite like it!
I combined it with ‘Dillo, Jessicup, Flukes and Golven.

Laura likes us to play with Burtz, a down-to-earth tangle pattern. I’ve added soms Borbz, Tipple, Fescu and a Shattuck variation.

Inktober #17: Narwal

I’m afraid I didn’t make it all the way to the end of Inktober’s zentangle challenges, but I loved participating! This is my last contribution, with the pattern Narwal. You also see: Pia, Patience, Petal Pusher and Phroz

Inktober #16: Joki

Joki is not one of my favorite tangles, because I find it hard to find patterns that go well with it. Oh well, that’s how it works in life sometimes as well ;-)

Inktober #15: Inapod

Inapod is a pretty pattern, so I thought it deserved a Barberpole frame ;-)

Inktober #14: Ando

Ando is a pattern I would not quickly choose to draw, but it was a nice experience. On top of it I drew ‘Dillo and below it you see Fassett, Arukas and Tipple.

Inktober #13: Dewd

Accidentally I had added Dewd in the challenge of day 10, but here it is again ;-) with Ixorus and Eye-Wa.

Next to auraing Heartswell I drew some Yuma, which completed this tile.

Copada, the pattern of Inktober day 11, turned out surprisingly nice. Around it you see Borbz and Crescent Moon.

On day 10 of Inktober we’re tangling Sez. Around it I drew Sand Swirl, Dewd, Nzeppel and a tanglesI don’t know the name of...

At Inktober day 3 we’re tangling Ginili. I haven’t done that one a lot, so that was nice to do. Next to it you see African Artist, Joki, Printemps and Barberpole.

Day 2 of the zentangle Inktober challenge is about the pattern Yah. I mad a monotangle with it:

A pattern I hardly ever tangle, but still love is Waybop. It needs some thinking which I don’t mind from time to time ;-)

Laura likes us to add Orbs into our tiles this week. I had already started a tile with Lee-Bee (for Facebook’s group Square One) and Orbs were just the perfect things to add :-)

The string we use this week for Adele’s challenge is the share of the letter A, to honr the life of Aretha Franklin.

I felt like stacking some tangles so here you see Zag-V on top of Zewm on top of Zedbra on top of Warped eggs :-)

For Facebook’s group Square One, we’re focussing at Hexonu. It’s a new-to-me pattern and I like that it has many possibilities.

It’s a String Thing #257

Adele drew us a sort of square string and asked us to use Twilight, a new pattern and a nice one! I tangled Garlic gloves, FeBa and Fescu around it.

Back after 6 (!) weeks

This Summer tangling break wasn’t planned at all, it just happened. We went on a lovely holiday to France and somehow (maybe because of the heat), I never felt like picking up my tangling materials.

Once we were back home, we met our new little kitten. She’s called Zoë and she’s adorable! And of course this little girl demands a lot of attention :-)

Luckily zentangle never really left my mind, so I’m very happy to start ‘again’. Shattuck, Patience and Ahh we’re the patterns I chose to draw first.
