Diva's challenge #294

This challenge by Laura is all about Reticula/ Fragment, two words I hadn't heard before (in combination with zentangle). I don't have the book Zentangle Primer vol. 1 and I didn't get much wiser on internet.

So, I'm just hoping I'm doing the right thing, since I have no clue what F7, R-C3 and A22 are (to name some letters and numbers that apparently mean something ;-) )

Thank you for visiting my blog! Your comments brighten my day :-)

  2. I think looking at the tiles of others helped me understand the challenge of this week: Reticula and fragmentand the endless of possibilities.
Your tile is beautiful with contrasts!

  5. I am right with you Ilse. I have no clue what the numbers mean. I do like your tile, especially the pattern around the outer edge. I will try to submit one too.

  10. Great outcome with or without the book! I haven´t got the book, so I can´t judge if this is what is expected. But I love what you have done!

  11. Well, you did it without the benefit of the complete directions, and nicely as well!

  12. Well, I have the Primer Vol 1 because I don't live near a CZT, and the letter-numbering system seems more complex than it needs to be. It's just a repeated shape (reticulum) filled with a repeating pattern (fragment). Your tile looks great!!
