Holly Atwater, this weeks' guest blogger at the Diva Challenge, liked to issue a challenge of THX (thanks). Why? Beacause today is Veteran's Day in the United States and in a couple of weeks, it's Thanksgiving. In France and Belgium, today is Armistice Day, so plenty of things to commemorate.
The patterns we were to use, are Trio, Huggins and Xyp. They form a lovely TriTangle with a heart in the middle to say THANKS!
I would like to say thanks to you as well for visiting my blog! :-)
What a compact and neat tile :) Very cute! Thank you for visiting my site! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteWat een prachtig tile weer!
ReplyDeleteYes, Trio works really well as a heart - a lovely tile. Axxx
ReplyDeleteThis is a very lovely tile. Love the way the XYP frame goes off the page.
ReplyDeleteOh wow - your Trio heart is so wonderful - I really love your tile very much!
ReplyDeleteMooi gedaan in deze vorm.
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful heart. I love your tile ....
ReplyDeleteSlim om van Trio een hart te maken, en dit in een frame van XYP te plaatsen met Huggins op de achtergrond. Je Tile is mooi in balans door het puike schaduwwerk. Goed gedaan!
ReplyDeleteGreat --- and---you have a head start for Valentine's Day ;-) Very nice tile.
ReplyDeleteXyp is erg leuk als frame in je tile, Ilse. Mooi gedaan en bedacht.
ReplyDeleteHeel mooi met het hart in het midden.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful Tile, Ilse. Love the clean crisp look. Your design is so welcoming to the challenge patterns. Beautifully drawn and your Trio Heart is outstanding.
ReplyDeleteVery nice - the central Trio motif is beautifully framed by the other tangles. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteGreat trio heart and I like the angles on the other tangle patterns!
ReplyDeleteOoooo. Nice tile. Simple and effective.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful trio! Wonderfully used together with the other two tangle patterns!
ReplyDeleteI love how trio can form a heart and yours is great - nice integration of patterns - well done
ReplyDeleteSo beautifully expressed in words and art! It's absolutely lovely! THX for participating!
ReplyDeleteHello Lise, Your tile has a wonderful flow and centering of ideas, all at the same time. Blessings.
ReplyDeleteLike how Huggins and Xyp frame Huggins. The depth with the shading adds a lot to the effect of the tile.
