Diva's challenge #218

Laura challenges us to make a 'white on black' tile. I always love the effect this kind of work gives!

I chose not to use a string, so I drew Octonet in the middle and put some fancy decorations around it. Very nice to do, thanks Laura!

Thanks to you as well, for visiting my blog and leaving such lovely messages as you have been doing. Brightens up my day!

  1. Wat is Octonet toch een leuke tangle, en zo op het zwart komt hij heel mooi over.

  6. Beautiful tile. I just looked up Sue Jacob's Octonet and may have to add that to my list of new tangle. I'm currently obsessed with her Vigne tangle. So many tangles, so little time....

  16. Ocotnet, eh? This is the second one I've seen using it, and I've never even heard of it, and it is just gorgeous. Lacy like a doily. It is stunning in white on black. Beautiful work

  17. I LOVE your white on black! I've only done a couple of black tiles, so I have a LONG way to go before I'll be as good as you are with them.

  22. What pens did you use to get such a precise finished product? It's just lovely. I'm going to try to find Octonet, too. It's great.
