Square One Focus: Verve
Verve is the focus tangle at Facebook's group Square One. Since it's a focus, I decided to make a Monotangle of it ;-)

It's a String Thing #116
For Adele Bruno's challenge we use string 095 and a choice of four tangles. I chose to use Chartz and Cracked. The result looks a bit busy to me, which doesn't reflect the quiet feeling I got from tangling this :-)

Diva Challenge #241
Paula Bramante is this week's guest blogger at Laura's blog. She challenges us to create a tile keeping 'Stones and ceremony' in mind while tangling.
I had to think about what to do with this inspirational idea, and ended up some kind of cairn on a bed of N'Zeppel rocks.
Thanks for visiting my blog, your comments always brighten up my day :-)

Joey's challenge #084
Another lovely Monotangle challenge by Joey, this time with Undu. A great pattern that can lead you anywhere ;-)

Zippee!
I bumped into a pattern that was new to me: Zippee! and wanted to try it. So, I put it onto my tile, together with Cadent.

Zentangle flower
Today I fancied creating a zentangle flower. In the heart you see Tipple, and the leafs are... lines :-) Not sure if these have an original tangle name ;-)

U-N-D challenge
Diane & Carolien challenge us to tangle a tile with patterns starting with U-N-D. I chose Upholstered, Niuroda and Daggerly. I didn't have much time today to relax, so this was an hour well spent :-)

That's New to Me: P
Challenge week #42 of TNTM is about tangling a pattern that's new to us starting with P. Since P is a repeat, we also have an artist focus: Sayantika Ray.
So, as new to me I chose Peaks Border and added Pots-n-Pans by Sayantika. I didn't know if I should add anything to this - and what - so I left it like this :-)

Diva's challenge #240
* Sorry about putting down the wrong link at the Diva blog... *
This week, Laura challenges us to be inspired by the season. It is autumn in the Netherlands, where I live, and I love to see the leaves change their colours.
This week, Laura challenges us to be inspired by the season. It is autumn in the Netherlands, where I live, and I love to see the leaves change their colours.
Laura created a beautiful coloured tile herself, and tells us to go where our heart takes us. Well... it took me to a tiny coloured leaf, on which I decided to tangle. I could almost call it an inchy-leaf :-) since it's only about 3 centimetres wide:

Black (and white)
Apparently, I was in a black mood today. Luckily with some white highlights ;-)
The tangles I used in string #174 are: Printemps, Kozy, Jonqual, Sand Swirl, Undu and QT.

L-Z-P Challenge
Another challenge by Diane and Carolien, this time to tangle a tile with patterns starting with L, Z and P.
I chose to go organic ;-) and play with Luv-a, Zinger and Poke Leaf and had a nice, relaxing time!

TNTM #41: Z
The random letter for this week is Z, so we have to create a tile with at least one pattern that's new to us, starting with Z, for Suzy Mosh' challenge.
Unfortunately I forgot to add a tangle made by Livia Chua, the artist focus (because Z is a repeat). Mistake! There are no mistakes in zentangle, so I can still add my link in the challenge. Or can't I? This is not the mistake they mean when talking about 'there are no mistakes'...
Haha, oh well, these things happen :-) Sorry about that!
Tangling Zanella was pretty difficult, so I think I can send in my entry ;-)
The other patterns used are Tipz and Orbs-la-Dee.

It's a String Thing #114
14 is the theme Adele Bruno gives her challenge. We're using string #114 and three patterns that have some connection with the number 14: Ahh, Ta-Da and Teenos. You can take a look at her blog to read the whole story.
I used all three patterns, Teenos was new to me. The result of that tangle is much nicer than I would have thought :-)
R-K-I challenge
Diane and Carolien challenged us to create a tile with patterns starting with R, K and I.

Diva challenge #239
Laura is showing us a video of Molly Hollibaugh drawing Munchin. She's doing that with a white Salura gelly roll pen on a black tile.
I haven't used a black tile in a while even though I quite like the effect of white on black. So, off I went :-) and I added some Tipple to complete the tile. Nice challenge!
Thanks for visiting my blog, your comments are much appreciated :-)

Muster Mixer is a challenge in which you have to combine two patterns. This month, it's all about Façade and Crescent Moon. This is what appeared on my tile:

That's New to Me: K
Suzy Mosh challenges us to use a new pattern starting with K. Because of the interesting name, I chose to tangle KauriKunda by Tina Hunziker. Luckily it was more than just an interesting name :-)
On the outside, I put some Kuke. Fun challenge!

It's a String Thing #113
Adele Bruno wants to celebrate the National Doodle Day. So, she invites String 113, Hollibaugh, 2-n-5 and Pots-n-Pans to create a delicious meal for us :-)
I liked the string better upsidedown, so here's my plate:

Joey's challenge #081
At Joey's Monotangle challenge we've arrived at the letter R. Joey chose the tangle Rosewood and it was nice to create a Monotangle with it!

Diva's challenge #238
This week, Laura 'The Diva' challenges us to use the new tangle Tri-bee by Beate Winkler. I love this pattern! To add some variation, I also drew a bit of Mumsy on my tile :-)

It's tangling time! Again :-)
Today, I used the following patterns: Umble, Y-full Power, Quiltz, Panthe, N'Zeppel.

Square One: Jalousie focus
Facebook's group Square One asks us to focus on the pattern Jalousie. As I Saïd on Facebook:
"In order to prevent other tangles from getting jealous of my focus on Jalousie, I decided to make a Monotangle 😇"
Bigger is not easier
The lesson I learned today: drawing patterns in a bigger size (on a normal sized tile) is definitely not easier :-) but still fun to do :-)

F-I-N challenge
We've arrived at challenge #26 with F, I and N at Diane & Carolien's challenge. Nice! I chose Fengle, Indy-rella and Nipa:
