Diva’s challenge #338

We’re doing white on black this week for Laura’s challenge. Even though I don’t have these new white gelly roll pens, nor black tiles, I still like this change of mindset from time to time.

The patterns I stacked are Onamato, Shattuck, Kiss and some triangles.

Thanks for visiting my blog! Your comments always brighten my day :-)

Zenuari day 7: Notan

This tile is made with the Notan technique. It's the second time I've ever done this, I quite like to create a tile this way.

You can see my first tile and some more info about Notan here

Fully tangled ;-)

In the three crossing strings, you see Onamato, Jessicup and Up N Down. In the background I just drew some lines and curves ;-)

Diva Challenge #235

This week, Laura the Diva challenges us to draw stripes on our tile and use them as a string. I like :-)

The patterns I used are Riverstones, Twile, 100, Hibred, Marasu, Keeko, Yew-Dee, Onamato and Meer. That was fun!

Thanks for your lovely comments last week: they really brightened up my days :-)

Izzy's tile: Crossview

Another non-challenge tile presented by my lovely assistent Izzy :-)

I started with Crossview and added Tipz, Ticking, Onamato and Puf. Shadowing is fun, it makes such a difference!

Joey's challenge #45

This week, Joey would like us to try our hand at tangling: "place your hand on your paper, trace around it, now fill it with tangles!"

As you can guess from the drawing, I'm right handed, so I put my non-dominant hand on the paper and tangled away with Hurry, Xav, Chard, Beelight, Yew-Dee and Onamato. Fun challenge!
