Diva challenge #375: Burtz

Laura likes us to play with Burtz, a down-to-earth tangle pattern. I’ve added soms Borbz, Tipple, Fescu and a Shattuck variation.

It’s a String Thing #257

Adele drew us a sort of square string and asked us to use Twilight, a new pattern and a nice one! I tangled Garlic gloves, FeBa and Fescu around it.

New to me tangles

Apart from Fescu, all tangles in this tile are new to me: Clem, Dayz-E Fleur, Eiffel and Heartland.

Joey’s challenge #209

We’ve already arrived at the last ‘Finish my tile - Ribbons and Curls challenge’ by Joey. I’ve really enjoyed these challenges, so thank you, Joey!

This week we’re starting with Diva Dance. I decided to mix some Zinger through it and draw Sanibelle and Fescu below it.

Square One: Zari

Square One at Facebook likes us to focus on Zari. So I did, under some Crescent Moonlight ;-)

Square One: Dreamdex

For Facebook's group Square One, we're focussing on Dreamdex (a new to me tangle). I needed some time to get the flow, but I quite like the pattern. 

Here you see it with Flux and Fescu, and Paradox as the odd man out ;-)

Square One: Pico

Facebook's group Square One asked us to focus on the pattern Pico. Inspired by Spring coming up, this came out of my pen ;-)

Challenge-combo

I'm combining 2 challenges: It's a String Thing and Crea-cross, because I think they go well together.

Adele drew us a nice string and asked us to tangle Fricle, Zinger and Fescu to it. Immediately, I saw a 'Spring' tile appear - just what I needed for the Crea-cross challenge by Ilse ;-)

Diva challenge #306

This week's Use My Tangle is Amphora: a pattern I don't use very often. I combined with Carrie Leaf, Bales and Fescu. Take a look at Laura's blog to see the other entries: it's always inpiring.

Zenuari day 5: Mini-tangle

I cut a tile a little bit smaller than a Bijou-tile (5x5 cm) and drew some cute flowers on it ;-)

It's a String Thing #172

Adele likes us to add an extra step in creating this tile, by lightly penciling our blessings in each of the string's sections and then tangle away.

To be honoust, I thought about my blessings, but I didn't write them down. I thought I would be distracted too much in wanting to tangle over them, to make them invisible. This doesn't mean I'm not thankful though! ;-)

New to me: Crezendo

Some time ago, I saw a new-to-me tangle that looked so pretty: Crezendo. Finally I've used it, and I love it! It's the pattern that goes from top left to bottom right. Other tangles I used are Cindyer, C-Wing, Footlites and Fescu.

Saturday tile

Today, I've used some tangles that I don't draw very often: (O), Discolea, Fife, Hamail and Fescu.

Going old school

It's so nice to tangle those old favorites from time to time! You can see Beelight, Crescent Moon, Fescu, Bales and Flukes.

Joey's challenge #127

Joey drew us a new 'finish my tile', this time with the tangle Sparkle. I finished it with Gottago, Fescu and Fe-Ba. The last one was a real challenge, because I started drawing it too small ;-)

Joey's challenge #103

We've arrived at Roman Numeral III at Joey's challenge. She drew a lovely #3 string with a bit of a wave effect and likes us to use Buttercup, Fescu and Tipple. So... here it is :-)

P.S. When I was finished, I looked at my tile and saw something that reminded me more of some kind of sign of the number 4 instead of 3. Must be the way I composed it ;-)
