I decided to discover a new tangle pattern: Infinitus by Lianne Woods. It's a nice pattern to draw and there's a lot of variations possible. So, there is another Monotangle:

Diva's challenge #237
Charlotte Carpentier is this week's guest blogger at Laura's blog. Charlotte challenges us to find something to use for a stencil and create a string of it with (spray) paint, and then tangle it.
I don't have a proper stencil, nor spray paint. So, as Charlotte suggested, I cut a paper snow flake:

Joey's challenge #080
Today I found out I never shared my tile from last week at Joey's blog...! So I shared it this afternoon, and decided to participate at the new challenge straight away :-)
We're to make a Queeries Monotangle. This pattern is completely new to me, so I played with it in different sizes:

Square One focus: Zenith
Facebook's group Square One is all about the focus on Zenith this week. That's a nice pattern - to create and to look at. I combined with ING and quite like the result :-)

L-D-G challenge
Another nice combination of letters at Diane & Carolien's change. L for Lealed, D for Da'Deal and G for (a variation of) Golven:

That's new to me: Z
The random letter of Suzy Mosh's challenge is Z, so I chose Zuan Shi as the New to Me pattern, and added to other Z's: Zin and Zewm. Many lines on 1 tile, but I love that ;-)

It's a String Thing #111
This week's challenge by Adele Bruno is a DIY-challenge :-) She gives us the pattern Hamail (new to me) and lets us choose ourselves both the string and a pattern we love to draw to add to the tile.
I really liked this kind of challenge. I drew a simple line as a string after I had drawn Hamail and chose to add Hollibaugh and Fife. These are both patterns of Molly Hollibaugh that are amongst my favorites.
And: I had a lot of relaxing fun :-)

Joey's challenge #079
Joey challenges us to make a Pea-nuckle monotangle. It's a cool pattern, but I didn't have much monotangle inspiration for some reason. I still had a good time, though :-) So, this is how my tile ended up:

Diva's Challenge #236
This week, Laura challenges us to tangle on something unexpected, something you wouldn't normally tangle on. She used an old map, and had the highways as a string. Nice, I would have liked to use an old map as well, but I didn't want to copy Laura's idea ;-)
So, being Dutch and being used to see cows (black and white!) In the meadows, I chose to tangle on a postcard with a cow on it, after I had cut it in the right size:

Sandy Tile
In this tile, all patterns I used are created bij Sandy Bartholomew: Avreal, Ennies, Popova, Hurry and Ninja.

C-D-# Challenge
Diane and Carolien like us to create a tile with patterns starting with C, D and # (tangles starting with a number).
I chose Chainlea, Dicso and 133 to create an organic tile. Thanks for the challenge, ladies!

That's New to Me: T
Our random letter at Suzy Mosh' challenge is T, so I chose Ta-da as the new-to-me pattern of this week. Artist focus Sandra Strait created some lovely patterns, out of which I chose Japonica. Two Sundoo's finished my tile :-)

It's a String Thing #110
For Adele Bruno's challenge, we're tangling in string #110 with the patterns Maisie and Antidots (both new to me) and N'zeppel.
I tried to do N'Zeppel differently from the way I used it last week at Joey's challenge. While drawing Maisie, I regretted I only used it in two small parts if the string: I discovered I loved to draw this new to me pattern. So, I'll definitely use it another time :-)

Joey's Challenge #078
We arrived at the letter O at Joey's Monotangle challenge. She asked us to tangle Oke, a beautiful pattern!

Diva Challenge #235
This week, Laura the Diva challenges us to draw stripes on our tile and use them as a string. I like :-)
The patterns I used are Riverstones, Twile, 100, Hibred, Marasu, Keeko, Yew-Dee, Onamato and Meer. That was fun!
Thanks for your lovely comments last week: they really brightened up my days :-)

PPP-time
It's 'Playing and Practising Patterns-time' :-) so I combined a lot of them in this tile: Ha-naku in the middle and around it 63Y, 4 Mom, Fife, Keeko, Zin, Telis, Ixorus and All Boxed Up.

S-P-C challenge
Diane and Carolien ask us to create a tile with tangles starting with S, P and C. I chose the organic patterns Scrolled Feather, Pystyl and Cruffle, and added some CO2 in the air ;-)

That's New To Me: Y
Suzy Mosh challenges us to make a tile with a tangle that is new to us, starting with Y. I chose to draw Yam, a nice tangle to look at (I think). To be honest, I'm not completely sure if I ever used this pattern before, but if I did, it was a very long time ago!

It's a String Thing #109
Adele Bruno suggests to use string #109 and turn it around before we start tangling. Nice idea!
I filled it with the three tangles she mentioned: Footlights, Tour and Morf and had a nice, relaxing time. Thanks, Adele!

Joey's challenge #77
Joey challenges us to make a N'Zeppel Monotangle. This is a pattern I really love, because of all its possibities. I decided to draw a spiral as a string and fill it wit N'Zeppel. The result is quite simple, but somehow I love it :-)

Diva's challenge #234
It's UMT (Use My Tangle) time and we're using the new to me pattern CanT by Chris Titus. This tangle has sĂł many possibilities and variations that I decided to make a Monotangle of it. Just like that, not putting it in a string or some other fancy shape. It's busy enough this way ;-)
Take a look at the Diva's blog to see what other people created with tis pattern. Always a nice thing to do.

Ocean floor
Monday's are usually when new challenges (Diva, Joey) appear online. I don't see anything happening today, so I thought it would be nice to create an ocean floor scene with plenty of tangles. It's just the Mermaid who is missing. Maybe next time ;-)

U-J-B challenge
Diane and Carolien challenge us to create a tile with patterns starting with U, J and B. I used Upholstered as a kind of background filling, because I didn't know what U-tangle to combine with Balo, my first choice of pattern.
Next to Balo and Upholstered you can see Jasmin and Botanica.

It's a String Thing #108
Tickled to Tangle's Adele Bruno asks us to use string #108 and the patterns Lanie, Chemystery, Cubine and Printemps. Nice tangles, so here's my entry:

P-I-J challenge
A bit late, but I still like to show you my entry for Diane and Carolien's challenge, creating a tile with tangles starting with P-I-J: Punzel, Indy-Rella and Joy.
I saw the new challenge (U-J-B) is already online, so you might see me back soon at this challenge ;-)

Joey's Challenge #76
We've arrived half way to Joey's Alphabet Monotangle Challenge! Maryhill is the (new to me) pattern we're tangling this week. Fun!
