Diva challenge #368

We’re tangling only straight lines this week for Laura’s challenge. I like! From time to time I just have to draw tangles with straight lines ;-)

On this tile you can see Centre Square, Cubine, Juke and Facets.

Joey’s challenge #190

Joey asks us to use Metal Plating to fill her 3D string. I added Baton, Cubine and a tangle I forgot the name of... So when you know what I tangled, I’d love to hear it! :-)

Zenuari day 14: Inspired by...

Escher is an artist I really admire, and knowing I'll never come even close to what he created (!), I decided to let his work inspire me. 

The patterns I used are Cubine, Beelight, Widgets and variations of these tangles. 

It's a String Thing #172

Adele likes us to add an extra step in creating this tile, by lightly penciling our blessings in each of the string's sections and then tangle away.

To be honoust, I thought about my blessings, but I didn't write them down. I thought I would be distracted too much in wanting to tangle over them, to make them invisible. This doesn't mean I'm not thankful though! ;-)

It's a String Thing #146

We use a fluffy string inspired by clouds in the sky for Adele's challenge. We're to fill it with Cant, Cayke and Cubine, and this is my result:

Today I've been playing with patterns of Sandy Bartholomew. Escher (top right) will always be a difficult tangle for me, but I'll keep practicing :-)

Bales, BIC, Ennies and Cubine are more my cup of tea ;-)

Diva's challenge #208

This week we focus on a duotangle in the Diva's challenge, using only Cubine and Pokeroot. Patterns I don't tangle often, so I had to think of how to use them.

When I realised there would be a lot of black, I tried to leave some tiny white dots, as if there was a starry night. The 'stars' turned out réally small, but I didn't want to black them away. I think they're tiny but cute and they add a little sparkle in the black night ;-)
