Joey's challenge 168

We've already reached the letter W at Joey's challenge, time flies when you're having fun ;-)

Joey started this tile with W2 at the bottom. Above it, I drew Warped Eggs, Windmill and Widgets. 

Zenuari day 14: Inspired by...

Escher is an artist I really admire, and knowing I'll never come even close to what he created (!), I decided to let his work inspire me. 

The patterns I used are Cubine, Beelight, Widgets and variations of these tangles. 

Snayls Trayl and more

Today, I fancied drawing a spiral made of Snayls Trayl. Around it, you can see some widgets. The border is not an existing pattern, I think... The lines flowing out of Snayls Trayl, top right, might have a name, but I don't know which one neither :-)

Diva's challenge #221

This week's theme of Laura's challenge is 'Beads of Courage'. This is an Arts in Medicine that supports kids with chronic or life threatening illnesses. Instead of a sticker, these kids get a glass bead when they've had a needle, x-ray etc. 

Laura asks us to get inspired by Beads of Courage. As I have a chronic disease myself since my 24th, I can only imagine what it feels like to go through all the hassle when you're a kid. I admire their positiveness and can only give them my heart (full of Widgets ;-) ) to stay strong. I know they will...!
