Inktober #1: Mooka
October is Inktober with (amongst other) a daily zentangle challenge. The first is all about Mooka:

Square One: MySwing
Facebook’s group Square One likes us to focus on MySwing, a pattern I don’t draw very often. It’s a nice One though! I surrounded it with Mooka, Diva Dance and Fandance. A little party ;-)

Joey's challenge #139
Joey drew us Mooka to start this week's challenge, and we were to finish it. I kept it simple with some Ennis and a black 'undertile' ;-)

Black Mooka
I wanted to draw Auraknot and I decided to put some black Mooka around it. Never did that one in black before! To compensate the black, I drew some Tipple in it ;-)

Square One Focus: Mooka
Facebook's group Square One asked us to focus on Mooka. It turned out to be a quite dramatic dramatic tile, with lots of black and a Trio-heart.

Izzy's tile: Shattuck Flower
This afternoon, Izzy was só relaxed! I hadn't finished this tile yet, but I couldn't resist taking a picture :-)
So, he's holding the half-finished tile and below that you can see the final result of a lovely relaxing afternoon.

Mini Mooka on an inchie
Oops, I forgot to sign this one... Maybe because my signature would be huge next to this tiny inchie (2,5 x 2,5 cm). So, I just leave it like this for this time.
Are you curious what other people did with this challenge of Joey? Take a look at her blog!
Thank you for visiting my blog - I wish you all the best for 2015!

It's a String Thing #72
In this magical time of year, Adele Bruno challenged us to tangle in string 072 and use the tangles Uncorked and Mooka.
Two well-known patterns, that I don't seem to use very often. So, it took me a little time to figure out how to put these in string 072. The result doesn't look as balanced as I wanted, but it was a nice excercise!
