Superimposing Strings was the theme back in 2014, and this time I chose to superimpose strings #020 and #040. I filled these with a lot of patterns: Keeko, Crescent Moon, Fe-Ba, Garlic Cloves, Fandance, 2-n-5, 63Y, Bloom, Carry Leaf and C-stem.

Alphabet challenge # :E-R-#
For Diane & Carolien's challenge, we're making a tile with tangles starting with E, R and # (a number). Ellish, Rixty, 1/2 orbs and 2-n-5 are the patterns I chose:

Funny landscape ;-)
Filling string #215 with 2-n-5, Yincut, Arrowheads, B'twined and Bic makes it look like a funny landscape to me ;-)

It's a String Thing #113
Adele Bruno wants to celebrate the National Doodle Day. So, she invites String 113, Hollibaugh, 2-n-5 and Pots-n-Pans to create a delicious meal for us :-)
I liked the string better upsidedown, so here's my plate:

That's New to Me: P
Suzy Mosh asks us to tangle a 'new to me' tangle starting with P. I chose Pand and put it in the bottom right in string #005. Around it, you see 2-N-5, Brella and Buttercup.

Diva Challenge #225: Color
This week, the first guest post appeared on The Diva's page, while Laura is having a well deserved holiday break. Jen Crutzfield challenges us to make a tile using colour and as she suggested, I limited myself to use only two colours.
Like Jen, I'm more of a 'black-and-white' type of person, but this doesn't mean I won't take the challenge.
To make things even worse :-) I chose to use two colours that easily hurt your eyes when being put together: pink and red.
For the shading I used pink and red colour pencils.
So, you're looking at string #104 and the patterns 2-N-5, Chard, Bales and Zin.
It's not my favorite tile, but I like the brightness of the result :-)

It's a String Thing #91
For Adele Bruno's challenge, we start with a V-string. I decided to turn the tile around and put Vano and 2-n-5 in it. It sort of looks like a mountain full of rising sun with funny clouds in the background :-)
